2007 Vauxhall Corsa Tracking/Balancing

Could someone just confirm to me that if a garage puts tyres on for you and you want the tracking/balancing done that this would be done on a machine? The garage I went to said it was included in the price and the car was outside and all they did was take the old tyres off and put the new one's on.

Tyre balance is done on a machine with wheel off vehicle. Usually done when tyres are renewed (check for little weight's around wheel rims)

wheel alignment (tracking) is usaully done on a lift with special guages
