2004 Vauxhall Astra Front Wheel Drive Manual 60000 miles

i want to replace my front brake discs & have got as far as removing the front calipers, where to next, do I need any special tools, where are the retaining bolts, help please!

Some discs have 1 or 2 screws in the centre (near the wheel nut lugs) holding it to the hub. Other models have none. It could just be held on by dirt and rust and need hitting with a hammer !
