this hose is disconnected, where does it go.

Where does the vacuum hose go to?

That hose goes to the PCV valve, what is that other hose going to, hooked to the intake manifold right next to it, I believe it's supposed to go there.

Okay, I'm wrong, it doesn't go to that center port but may go underneath the intake to another port. It does have to go to the intake though because it's for positive crankcase ventilation.

It does go underneath; you may need a mirror to be able to see the port for it.
The 2nd diagram may be more accurate, if there's an open port near the throttle body, then the hose routes under the intake and to this port.
This is how it goes, 3rd time I got it.
