Turns over but no start

My car turns over but no start. But oddly enough I noticed that the check engine light and the oil light does not flash when turning the key to the on position no A/C no blower, no electric windows, but the head lights and the running and brake lights work. I have tried changing the relays fuses coil packs I have sprayed starting fluid into the throttle body nothing I ran a obd 2 on it it came back with no stored or pending codes. So now I about to change the computer. What do you think?

If it has theft deterent then that may be your problem shutting ignition/fuel off. see if it has the module on right side of dash then try another key or resetting anti theft.
