I have the car listed above. When you start the car the turn signal will flash to the right with lever in center position. The high beams are on all the time so you cannot shut them off. When you turn the turn signal lever to the right the left signal flashes. When you turn it the left the left will flash. Also you cannot shut off head lamps. When I disconnect battery and hook up if it is cold all lights are off. If warm lights keep doing the same as before. I disconnected the head lamp switch and all light stay on. I am thinking I may have a shorted body control module? Or turn signal switch? Or maybe a reprogram?

Hi:

This is a tough one. If the lights stay on when you disconnect the headlight switch, there has to be a short to power at some point. Has any recent work been done on the vehicle? Also, are there any other electrical component issues? Does the battery get low if the car sits too long?

Let me know.

Joe
