Transmission sensor location

As I speed up it is fine but when it goes into overdrive it immediately kicks back down to third, then back to overdrive, and then back to third if I put it in third it is fine. I am thinking it is one of two sensors (speed, or input), but I cannot seem to find them on this vehicle.

Once you remove the case side cover, you should see the Input Speed Sensor and the vehicle speed sensor is shown here. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
