I recently overhauled my transmission. I left speed sensor by the neutral switch. It was grabbed by the CV boot and wiring pulled back. I repaired the wiring and no code for that is present. I am getting a P0722 and P0700 code. I tested the output shaft sensor and it is at resistance about 300ohm and 30ohms between pins respectively. I am curious as to where exactly is the PCM to test the connections and which ones? I also wanted to check the board to see if just a component is burnt out. Wiring is inspected and looks good. Thanks for the help. Looking to donate if the right help is given.

700 is a general trans code 722 is out put speed sensor. The rest of the testing requires a scanner hooked up and driven to be diagnosed.
