Transmission not shifting

1st presented; 65 mph in d2 went to neutral. Now; shifts 1-2-3 in d2 and 2-3 in d1 cold only hot; no 1-2 shift in d2 no 2-3 shift in d1 390 engine c-6 trans shift and downshift adjusted per spec vaccume to modulator. Approx. 8k miles on re-build

You need to redo this question as it's hard to understand, if this is a C6 it should only have 1 in d1 and shift once in d2 and twice in d3 as it's only a 3speed. You could have an accumulator problem or a governor problem or it may be a loose valvebody, etc this should be guaranteed for 12k miles so take it back to where it was fixed. Check your fluid as well for being full
