Transmission will not stay idle as soon as I put it in drive the transmission drives itself and switch gears by itself without me pressing the gas.

You are describing an idle speed that is too high. This is almost always caused by a vacuum leak. Start by looking at the small black vacuum hoses hooked to the engine. There is a diagram of them on the emissions sticker under the hood. Also, consider running water over the running engine while it is still cold to see if it gets sucked in anywhere.
