I sent you guys a response, did you get it? I told you as for as I know the shift rod is fine. The way it is doing is that when I shift into the spot that is suppose to be first gear, It is in some kind of gear at that spot but it is not in first gear. What ever gear it is in at the first gear spot, I have to give it a lot of gas and let out on the clutch very slowly to get it moving with out chocking the engine down, once it starts moving it will pick up and run fine in what ever gear it is in, but it does better if I shift into 3rd gear after it gets rolling, because 3rd 4th an 5th gears work fine. Got any ideas?

If the inside linkage feels like its working correctly I would be looking on the transmission for something unhooked broken missing etc.
