So I don't know what the problem is but whenever I hit 65 MPH my transfer case starts to make a grinder noise. whenever I let off the gas same thing, but only on freeway and above 60. Does anyone know what my problem is?

Hello,

It sounds like the transfer case is bad, have you checked the fluid level? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. It could be the rear differential that is creating the noise. Does it change in 4wd mode? Please let us know.
