When I press the brake to slow down from a high speed the steering wheel, and my brake pedal with vibrate then the traction control light will come on and it'll shake even harder and it'll stay on until I turn my car off even if I instantly crank it back the traction control lights gone, but it comes on pretty frequently. Absolutely no other lights come on whatsoever. Sometimes it feels like it wants to lag when I press the gas especially accelerating up hills or with cruise control on and one day it acted like it didn't want to shift until I restarted the car, but it only did that one time as hasn't done it since.

The high-speed vibration when braking at high speed is usually the front brake rotors are warped which can make the traction control light come on. I would remove the front wheel to check the rotor run out which mean turn the rotor to see how true it is. Here is how to replace the front rotors and pads which sound like they are worn out. You can get the parts from Amazon. Also, please start a new question for your other problems because they won't have anything to do with the brake problem. Please check out this guide:

Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
