Electrical problem
1999 Toyota Tacoma 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

cannot find the location for these two or single plugs unknown if they went together cause they were pinched under the intake and the plastic plugs on ends were damaged and broken off completely.
after work done by another person that couldnt get it started after changing head gaskets.

then i get the truck, and see these pinched and bolted down under the intake manifold.
my question is. what is the correct place these plugs go.
the car wont crank over you can just here the starter relay click.

they are a gray plug with black, gray, brown wire that are spliced to a solid blue and blue/orange stripe.
these are coming off the injector harness. and all the injectors are plugged in. i cant find any spot for these two wires. help!

Really doubt those wires are the cause of not cranking. Make sure battery is 12.6 volts or higher. Terminals tight at batt and starter.
