I just had my engine replaced (cracked engine block), and for the first 15 minutes of driving the truck felt like it was vibrating more while accelerating, and the accelerator sounded a bit squeeky. I stopped at the grocery store, and then when I returned to the car, my accelerator doesn't engage until it is pressed about half way in. Does something just need to be tightened, or what could be causing this? It is saturday night, and I am going to be worried about this until I can get it checked out on Monday.

Is that something I can do myself? I don't have much mechanical experience, but I do change my own oil, and air filters.
