The clamp broke and some grease splattered out. I think the amount is about 2 tblspoons. The boot is not torn. Should I add more grease? What about mixing new/old grease? Should I just put a new clamp on with no added grease? The car was driven about 60 miles highway before discovering lost clamp.

Your going to have to take the boot off and refill with grease id use new grease but you dont have to you have to take it off so you can properly pack it again so when you put boot on you can burp the air out of it. You will have to add grease and clamps.
