power door lock

2002 Rav4 with 50000km.
Power lock on driver side door does not lock or unlock with power lock button. The other three doors lock and unlock properly. I can lock and unlock driver side door with manual (mechanical) knob or using key.

if you are locking and unlocking the door with the switch on the drivers door,and all but the drivers door is operating it has to be the actuater,or the wireing to that actuater on the drivers door.
