2005 Toyota RAV4 Replacement fuel pump

Hi,
When cold, my RAV 4 is difficult to start (2-3 attempts), and runs badly until the engine is warmed up. The dealer has told me I need a replacement duel pump at £800+ (UK Pounds) plus labour - total of £1250 UK.
It this a reasonable diagnosis and charge?

Ok as for the price in pounds I don't know about the price of the job as I do not know the average labor rate. As for the fuel pump being the problem I can't answer that correctly with out knowing the fuel pressure when cold. If you can get that info then I can be of better help
