Engine Performance problem
1998 Toyota Rav4 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have been working on this car for awhile. I have got the timing set and got all the injectors sealed off and it still runs rough. It sounds like its backfireing in the intake. What am I doing wrong. How is the cams suppose to line up. Please Help.
