1993 Toyota Previa New Battery want run quicks

Imy car died own me and I was being jumped started and it would start, then when I engaged in drive it had no power would die, Jump it off again same thing.
I went and bought new Battery put it in and it started immediately.
1 DAY LATER-- I just now drove it about 1 mile AND IT JUST LOST ALL POWER AGAIN. Jumped it off and it started, keep light off, got it almost home lost power again, it will not crank.
Please someone help me? Is it the Alternator? Starter? I am 72 and am clueless. Thanks

Hi there,

this dose sound as if it is a charging issue, I would get the battery charged and then go get the alternator tested for charge rate.

Thank you, I will try that tomorrow. If it will make it to Advance Auto for them to check the alternator for me. Will keep you posted.
