1989 Toyota Pickup Fast idle high

My 89 toyota sr5 pickup when started cold runs about 2100 rpm throttle stop screw and tps are adjusted I have looked for vacuum leaks This is the orignal throttle body on a reman long block, its runs at 2100 for about the first 6 min. Then drops down to 800 with the idle speed adjusting screw all the way in

Check the cold start injector time switch

I can unplug the cold start injector and it makes no differents

Check the throttle position sensor closed/wide open throttle. When you're adjusting the mininum air-did you ground the diagnostic check connector?
