86 Toyota Van 2.2 still running hot

It keeps overheating on the freeway, I have replaced the thermostat and the raidator. What do I do? Should I remove the thermostat, and operate without it?

First replace radiator cap, if this doesn't work have the cooling system pressure tested for very small leaks that you can't see. The cooling system must stay pressurized in order to run normal.
