4GR-FSE. When driving;VSC and TRC check light occur. There is no problem when driving. Check OBD Scan C1201 occur. Thank you.

This is a tough code to find, as far as I can tell there is another diagnostic trouble code stored in the ECM. ABS system has been disabled, hence the reason for the VSC and TRC light, those systems have been disabled as well for safety reasons automatically by the vehicle. This needs to go to a Toyota dealership where they can scan it with a Toyota scan tool. This is all the information I can find on this issue.
