2003 Toyota Echo transmission issue

I do have a Toyota echo 2003 very low mileage on it my problem I got my oil change in toyota place when I first drive the car after the car keep chage gears alot and when I go on the high way its doean't switch to the forth gear. If you please advice me about what's wrong with car.

Take it back to Toyota and have them fix it, they may have done a general inspection and accidently disconnected a shift solenoid or a connection to transmission.

I would certainly not pay them for the problem, since they were only ask to change oil.
