2000 Toyota Corolla suttering

In the morning when I start the engine it take a little more of seconds for the car to start. When I push the gas pedal. It start to stutter for 5-8 seconds then it go without any problems after that, also the Rt and Lt front window were not down especially the pass site is intermitten up and down. Please help.

If you have not tuned up car, start there, plugs, fuel and air filter.
