Hello!
My car is a toyota corolla 1999 with 157000 Miles.
The problem is that when I put ignition the fans start to work and the temperature level is always cold. Could this cause a damage to the engine?

If you turn key to on and fans run, then fan switch is bad, or possible fan relay.

This will not hurt engine, but will cause unnecessary wear on fan motors. And if engine does not get to temp, it will use more fuel.
