1994 Toyota Corolla Corolla

Hello, I have a toyota corolla 94 DX 3 speed. The problem is the car starts good but at fresh morning start when putting gear on R it makes a trrrr sound which intensify when I press gas pedal. In Drive mode it drives normally but in winter time and on slope it is hard to pass 40 km/h. This is a poor performance. This happened since I climbed a hill where I made little hard acceleration.
