1991 Toyota Corolla tune up

During the winter the car takes a long time to kick over I think I need a tune up. What parts are necessary and what do think else could be wrong. I was misconceived when I purchased this and have had to put more money into it than what it's worth.

Replace plugs, wires, cap/rotor, fuel filter, air filter, PCV valve, oil filter and oil.

Check fluid levels in trans. And differential and if coolant has not been changed in 2 years, change and refill to 50/50 mix.

What have you done to it and why do you say you have put more money into it than it's worth.
