I found engine oil in sparks plugs

Seals on valve cover. Replace cover gasket and four plug seals.

To add to what Doc said.

They are called tube seals, they seal the spark plug tube from oil in the valve cover.
Remove the valve cover place on a concrete surface, face up, and drive old seals out. Turn cover over and use socket to drive new seals in. Also replace the grommets on outside of valve cover.
