2002 Toyota Celica

Have a 2002 toyota celica that was in a front bender fender, after the accident I tried to start the vehicle and the rpms will shoot right up, I have check the throttle body positioner, and the throttle cable, all good, and I was wondering if it could be the idle air control.

Could be the IACV, throttle positiion sensor, a sticking throttle body plate

You are absolutly right, I found out that the throttle position sensor was broke, so I have order it and should be in a couple of days. I hope that takes care of the issue, thanks for all of your help.
