Engine Cooling problem
1993 Toyota Celica 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The radiator got a hole and antifreeze sprayed the engine. I replaced the radiator, now the car wont start. Where do I start to troubleshoot?

Did the car overheat before you saw the antifreeze spray? If it did you could have damaged the engine, but that's worst case scenario-I just wanted to prepare you.
When you attempt to start the car, does it try to turn over? If you get no sounds and you cant get the lights on, or the wipers to move then it's your battery, if you get a clickclickclick then its likely your alternator. On this model those are really really easy work they sit right on top of the engine. If antifreeze or water or any other liquid got in there, it would burn out. If that doesnt work then you need to check your starter and if all else fails, check the electrical, make sure everything is hooked up right via the diagrams in the repair manual. Good Luck
