1991 Toyota Celica hose leak?

You may have a leak from either the High pressure supply hose are the low pressure return hose, one or more of the steering rack oil seals may be faulty or the pump may be leaking. So I would wash it all down and have a good look where the leak is coming from, if in doubt, get your mechanic to inspect and advise you.
