1984 Toyota Celica Engine Size unknown Wheel Drive Type unknown Manual 65,000 miles

I have a fully charged battery and no connection, no dashboard lights nor horn. Is this possibily a fuse issue or is there a relay swiitch somewhere? Thanks. Lyzzy
