2005 Toyota Camry rough sound

My camry, since November has been sounding rough when I drive between 20-40 mPH and u can feel a little shake during this time, it seems to smooth out when I reach 60mph or above but you can still hear the rough sound. What could be the problem?

Do a full tune up first, if not done in the last 5,000 mls also check for any fault codes set. Start here,
