2002 toyota camry has poor idle, dies when cold. I have been told it is the idle speed conrol valve underneath the throttle body, but this vehicle does not have one?

Did u check for codes
u need to do so
check throttle body and vacuum leaks
many with port injection EFI we found an injector clean will help improve idle and derivability
