Hi emar1,

A major tuneup entails the following checks and cleaning or replacement where necessary.

1. Spark plugs, cables, distributor rotor, cap and ignition timing.

2. Idling speed, throttle body.

3. Fuel pressure and line.

4. Valve clearances.

As for the cost, sorry I am unable to provide, you need to check locally.
