Suspension problem
1999 Toyota Camry 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 104k miles

there is a sloopy noise coming from the right front strut... esp when going slow and going over uneven terian or potholes... at high speed there seems to be no noise.. at least I can not hear it... I had the local mechanic look at it... he does not know... I called toyota on the phone and one said it may be the strut holder on top.... what do you think it is..

Could be a loose strut or the rubber "cushion" its not tight agains the frame.

raise your vehicle and be sure that everything its secure and tight.
also could be a damage strut (internal).

good luck!
