1998 Toyota Camry replacing Back-up lights

I have looked in the trunk and was wondering how to access the the lighting unit to replace the back-up light bulbs

Are you certain the bulbs are bad? May first check fuses and the back-up light switch located on tranny

The dash board indicator says the bulbs are out. But the fuses were the first thing I checked

From the outside of the vehicle, remove the screws retaining the lamp housing to the body.
Remove the access cover in the luggage compartment.
Disconnect the wiring from the back of the lamp.
To replace the bulb, push in and rotate. Inspect the bulb and replace if necessary.

To install:

Position the lens to the body of the vehicle and secure with the screws.
Attach the wiring to the back of the lamp.
Install the access cover and secure.
