1997 Toyota Camry Steering Difficulties and Lound Squealing

My father and I recently changed the power steering belt on my car. It didn't happen right away but soon after. When I try to turn left, it squeals and sometimes is very difficult to turn the steering wheel. Do you think its due to a loose belt or the power steering pump?

The first thing to check is the belt, however if it's tight, its either the pump or a kinked hose. Have you checked the fluid level yet?

I didn't check it myself but when I got my oil changed they filled that too.
