1996 Toyota Camry I dont no if its the battery or alternato

Sounds like a dead battery cause it jus clicks really fast when you turn the key in the ignition, we tried jumping the car bt nuthing. Clean terminals and battery and still nuthing, also got battery tested they said it was fully charged so I dont know what the problems is?

No crank at all/nothing/nada when key is engage to starting position

Could be a blown fusible link, the starter, starter relay, park and neutral switch/transmission position switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good. Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
