How do I get the dome light cover off to change the bulb?

I believe you use a very small flat head screw driver to pry it off. If you plan on keeping the car I would buy a Haynes manual for it. Relatively cheap and very helpful.
If you don't, someone at an aftermarket auto parts store will show you how if you buy the bulb from them. Someone like Auto Zone, Advanced auto parts, CarQuest, Napa, or Oreilly Auto parts.
