1995 Toyota Camry loss of idle; both starting (cold) and r

I am now driving with two feet; one on the gas and the other on the brake. I experienced the total loss of engine idle. The car runs great as long as the speed is sufficient to keep the engine RPM's up. When I come to a stop, if I don't maintain the rpm's with the gas pedal, it just dies. I have NO idle!

Same with starting, there is no high idle as well.
