1994 Toyota Camry Brake Lights

Why is my red brake light keeps showing up on my dash board when Im driving? Its all the way to the off position and so many times I make sure its to down (off) position but still shows up.

I had this same issue a few months ago. It turned out I had a pin prick sized hole in the brake line that only leaked when I applied the brakes. I would suggest to you guys check every component of the brake system because that light means there is a problem and generally it is not the brake pads.
