1991 Toyota Camry rough idle at start up

When first starting my car it idols rough for about 30 seconds to 1 min, then it seems to be okay, but now my check engine light is coming on, I just replaced my ignition coil and distributor, plug and wires and roter could it be the Air Flow Meter/Mass Air Sensor? And can it be cleaned or ajusted without having to buy a new one?

Yes, the MAF sensor can be cleaned, the easiest thing to do is have the car taken to autovalue and have it scanned for codes, they do it for free. From there I can tell you what the problem is.

Try cleaning the IAC and the inside of the throttle body.
