1987 Toyota Camry rough idle and shudders

Hey all
Just yesterday my Camry started shaking while idling and when I take off there is no power and the engine seems to jump as it speeds up. It is not as bad at higher RPMS leaving me to believe that it may not be ignition, but it has to be something. I am not good with cars but it feels like either the ignition or compression is off.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have a check engine light and when was the last tune-up?

Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump/pressure regulator/fuel filter/idle air control valve/MAF sensor/throttle position sensor.

No to the check engine light. Last tune up I have no clue. How (what is the easiest way) to check fuel pressure.
