Cooloing fans stay on

98 Avalon, 95000 mi. A/C works fine. Both cooling fans come on as soon as ign. Is turned on. They stay on at all times. No overheat or temp troubles.

Could have a stuck relay.L/F inner fender is where the fan relay 1 is. Unplug it and see if the fans turn off.

On my 1996 Avalon, I found one of the relays flat pin had pushed the female conn down and not making contact. My fan was on all the time. This fixed it.
