I've replaced/installed the wheel cylinder, piston calipers, brake pads, and brake booster. On my 4Runner. Why am I still losing braking power? When I hit the brakes, it feels like I have no brakes (I'm pushing the pedal to the floor). Thanks.

If its not leaking anywhere-then you have an internal leak within the master cylinder seals/cups. Did you adjust the brake booster push rod as per the repair manual?

Did you replace the master cylinder with aftermarket part? If so I recommend you to install a factory master cylinder, why did you replace the booster and cailiper? Well try factory master cylinder and see.
