Timing chain replacement?

I follow every step to do my timing kit. I put the keyway in the 9 position for the driver side. Soon as I put everything on and go to turn the keyway to 12 to do the passenger side it's really hard to turn.

Yep, something is wrong, like the pistons are connecting the valves. If you don't follow the instructions exactly the engine will suffer internal damage. Here are the instructions on how to replace the timing chain, guides and tensioner correctly. Check out the images (below).
