2005 ford expedition 4wd 5.4lxlt. Codes said timing over retarded. I took everything apart and the bottom guide was broke on left side and chain was off on bottom of the crank shaft. When j took the chain off the crank the right side phaser and chain turned. Vehicle is not in tdc on passenger side but looks like the left side is at correct timing points. However the right side phaser is not at Correct linement. It's off. How can I get the right side phaser back to line up so I can put chains on correctly and get vehicle back together. Only vehicle for family at time and kids have school.

You have to retime the engine and replace the broken parts. Probably good idea to replace chain as well. This is pretty involved and special tools are needed to lock cam phaser in place. Either rent a manual from us and print what you need or buy one as it is a lot of work. This is way to much for me to post on here.
