My timing belt slipped and I need to fix it but don't know how?

So, the timing belts will need to be replaced, also there is a balance shaft belt that needs to be retimed as well. Here are the engine timing belt marks and the marks for the balance shaft belt as well. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
