The red wire to the IAC is a common voltage sent to all the injectors as well. It comes from the fuse block.

Does the engine run?
Did you check for power with key on engine off?

Yes it runs. I am thinking the white wire ground may have a bad connection. What do you think?

Okay, the red wire should have power and it comes from a splice that also feeds the injectors. It is the same color wire. Check for power to the injectors on the red wire.

What is the code?

I think he said po 0505 something like that. He said its the control valve. I put a new one on and same problem so I checked the wires and no power. Do these wires go to a pigtail behind the intake?

It goes to a splice that ties the injectors as well. Let me see if I can find the splice.

You can run a jumper wire from the red wire from the injector to the red wire of the IAC and see if it makes the valve work.
